LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. — Filmmaker, writer, and director Joseph Malik has announced plans for an upcoming feature film tackling the critical national issues of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and veteran suicide. Production is slated to hold open casting calls in Livingston County this coming October.
The upcoming dramatic project aims to bring raw honesty and vital awareness to the mental health struggles faced by military veterans, shedding light on a crisis affecting communities nationwide.
”This project deals with the issues of PTSD and veteran suicide, which is one of the major issues now in our country,” said Malik.
Local aspiring actors, background talent, and community members interested in participating in the film are invited to submit their information through the production’s official talent request portal.
