
HOWELL, MI – Filmmakers for the movie “Free Jerry – Justice Denied” is looking for background actors on Monday, August 25, 2025. The production is looking for community members to serve as extras for a key scene that will be filmed at the old Livingston County Courthouse, located in downtown Howell.
The filming will take place at the Livingston County Historic Courthouse at 200 E Grand River Ave, Howell, MI 48843, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Participants will be featured in a scene to be shot on-site.
This is a unique opportunity for local residents to be a part of a film being shot in their own community. Those interested in participating are encouraged to arrive on time and be prepared to follow the instructions of the film crew.
