The ideal partner will take the lead in establishing, managing, and owning the operational side of this upscale, plant-based cafe and culinary venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bKey Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • \u200bEstablishment & Launch:<\/strong> Oversee all pre-opening activities, including kitchen design finalization, equipment procurement, menu development (focused entirely on upscale plant-based cuisine<\/strong>), vendor contracts, and securing all necessary operating licenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u200bOperational Management:<\/strong> Direct daily operations, including staffing, financial oversight (P&L responsibility), inventory control, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction, ensuring a high-end, consistent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u200bBrand Development:<\/strong> Drive the culinary brand and marketing strategy for the City Press Club, positioning it as a premier destination for professionals, media figures, and the local community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u200bFinancial Partnership:<\/strong> Contribute capital and assume equity ownership in the City Press Club operational entity, aligning long-term success with the G1NBC Media Center development goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
